Ready to Run Horse

This horse is alert and looks very ready to run, with you or without you!  It was carved by Cheryl Beyuka from serpentine with light gray matrix and has inlaid jet eyes.  The offering bundle includes hematite, onyx, clam shell, coral, and turquoise.

Many Native American people believe that horses were in North America before the colonizers arrived and have special relationships with horses.  This was evident during the camps at Standing Rock to protect and defend the river.  They represent freedom and safety in travel.  And for those of us lucky enough to have had a powerful relationship with horses, they make wonderful friends.
